Aerial Inspections
Level 5 aerial assessments by a climbing consulting arborist - a rare combination of skills.
About Aerial Inspections
Aerial inspections provide a level of detail that ground-based assessments simply cannot match. As both a qualified climbing arborist (AQF Level 3) and consulting arborist (AQF Level 5), Mike is uniquely positioned to access and assess the upper canopy of trees - where many structural defects and health issues first become apparent.
By climbing into the canopy, Mike can closely inspect branch unions, cavities, decay pockets, fungal fruiting bodies and other defects that are invisible from the ground. This hands-on approach provides a significantly more accurate picture of tree condition and structural integrity.
Aerial inspections are particularly valuable for large or significant trees, trees adjacent to buildings or high-use areas, and situations where detailed structural information is critical to risk management decisions. Very few consulting arborists offer this service, making Arbor Vision Consulting a rare resource for thorough tree assessment.
